Account modification form (PDF) with the HUF seal and signature. Sample copy (PDF).

DDPI (PDF) with the HUF seal and signatures of the Karta and the major co-parceners. Sample copy (PDF).

PAN copy of the HUF with the HUF seal and signature.

PAN copy of the Karta with the HUF seal and signature.

Self-attested PAN copy of the co-parcener.

The address proof of the HUF with seal and signature. The address proof can be the latest transaction copy of the HUF bank statement or passbook.

Address proof of the Karta with HUF seal and signature.

## Submission process

Email soft copies of all forms to support@arrow.trade for review.

Make corrections if requested by iRage.
