## Account modification form

Download and fill the account modification form (PDF)

Mention your NRO PIS details under Existing details

Mention your NRO Non-PIS details under New details

Sign in the First/Sole Holder or Guardian (in case of minor) box

## Tariff sheet

Download and fill the tariff sheet (PDF)

Sign in the Client Signature box

Refer to the sample copy (PDF) for guidance on completing the form

## Important instructions

Do not initiate any transactions until you receive the confirmation email

You can close your PIS account after iRage maps your NRO Non-PIS account

If you notice discrepancies in buy averages, you can update them manually.

iRage will update your new account details within 7 working days. Once the conversion is complete, you will receive a confirmation email at your registered email address.
