# Why was I charged brokerage on delivery trades?

## Short answer

On **Arrow** (iRage Broking Services LLP), **equity delivery brokerage is Nil**. If you still see brokerage on what you thought was a delivery trade, the order was likely treated as **intraday (square-up)**.

Intraday brokerage is **₹20** or **0.03%** per executed order, whichever is lower.

## When intraday charges can apply

### Same scrip bought and sold in one session

Example: you buy 10 shares of ITC at 10:00 AM and sell them at 2:00 PM the same day. Even if you used a delivery product type, same-day square-up is charged as **intraday**.

### Sell from demat and buy back the same day
