## Short answer

Your chart stops ticking when your device's time is not synchronised with the server's time. You need to sync your device's time settings to resolve this issue. To sync the time on the devices, follow these steps:

## On Android

Go to Settings.

Tap on Date & time.

Tap on Network provided time.

## On iOS

Go to Settings.

Tap on General.

Tap on Date & Time.

Toggle the Set Automatically button.

## On Windows

Click on Settings.

Click on Time & Language.

Toggle the Set the time automatically button.

Click on Sync now.

Your pop-out chart will not tick if you close the main Arrow page. Keep the main Arrow page open while using pop-out charts.
