# How do I log in to the Arrow app?

## Short answer

You can log in to Arrow app by following these steps:

Enter your registered phone number or user ID. If your phone number is registered with multiple accounts, you cannot use it to log in to Arrow.

Enter your password and tap on Login.

Enter the OTP received on SMS or email.

Tap on Enable now on Enable 2FA Security screen.

Enter your device lock PIN, biometric or pattern.

You must enter your mobile app code or 2FA within 5 minutes of entering your login credentials. To reset the password, see How to reset the password on the Arrow app?
