# How do I reset my password on the Arrow app?

> You can reset your password on Arrow app by following these steps:

## Short answer

You can reset your password on Arrow app by following these steps:

Tap on Forgot user ID or password?

Enter the User ID and PAN.

Select Receive on E-mail or SMS. If E-mail is selected, enter the registered email ID and captcha and click on Reset. If SMS is selected, enter the registered mobile number and captcha and click on Continue.

Enter the OTP and click on Continue.

Enter the new password and click on Continue.

If your mobile number is on DND, you may not receive the OTP. Reset your password using your registered email ID instead.
