Your Arrow app logs out when you switch to another app or minimise it because your device is in power-saving mode or is preventing the application from running in the background.

## How to prevent automatic logout

Adjust power settings:

Android devices: Go to Phone settings > Battery > Change the power plan to performance or turn off power-saving mode.

iOS devices: Go to Settings > Battery > Turn off Low Power Mode.

Enable background running:

Android devices: Change the Arrow application to Not optimised to prevent your device from stopping the app in the background.

Allow the application to run in the background and keep it running when the screen is off.

If the issue persists: Clear the application data from your phone settings.
