## Short answer

Yes, you can apply for an IPO under shareholder, employee and retail categories using the same demat account, provided the company does not prohibit this in the red herring prospectus.

You can submit separate IPO applications for each eligible category through Arrow when you qualify for multiple categories. If the IPO application is for more than ₹5 lakhs, you must apply through ASBA (Application Supported by Blocked Amount).
