## Short answer

As per the SEBI circular, you can modify your IPO applications only to increase their size. You cannot delete or reduce them in size. For example, you can modify an application for ₹3 lakhs to ₹4 lakhs, but you cannot reduce it to ₹2.5 lakhs.

Your application will also be rejected if you apply for the IPO multiple times using different demat accounts and the same PAN.
