You can accept your mandate on iMobile, the mobile app for ICICI Bank, by following these steps:

Log in to the iMobile application.

Tap on Scan to pay.

Tap on UPI mandates and then on the request received from the drop-down menu.

Tap on Proceed and then Confirm.

Accept the mandate request by entering the UPI PIN.
