Your IPO mandate status on Arrow may not update due to delays from the exchange. If your bank has blocked the funds against your IPO application, the Registrar and Transfer Agent (RTA) considers your bid for allotment, and your IPO application remains valid.

If you cancel your bid and place a fresh bid, ensure that the reference number of your new IPO application matches the UPI mandate before you accept it.
