# How to download contract notes?

## Short answer

Contract notes are automatically sent to your registered email address on the trade date and can also be downloaded manually from Console. Open these contract notes using your PAN (in capital letters) as the password.

## How to download from Console

To download contract notes:

Visit app.arrow.trade/reports/downloads.

Select Contract note in the statement.

Select Report type as PDF, XML etc.

Select a Date range .

Select Category and Trade type.

Click on E-mail and the contract note will be sent to the registered email address.

Click on the link received in the mail and enter Arrow account credentials to open the contract note.

## Things to keep in mind

You may experience a slight delay when requesting larger numbers of contract notes

Download links in emails remain active for 7 days only

You can only download contract notes for the past 365 days

Contract notes are available for download from April 2017 onwards
