# How to check the active segments in my Arrow account?

> You can check the active segments in your Arrow account by following these steps:

## Short answer

You can check the active segments in your Arrow account by following these steps:

## Arrow app

Tap on the Client ID.

Tap on Profile.

## Arrow web

Click on the Client ID.

Click on your name.

If you click on any of the active segments, you will be redirected to Console, where you can disable them using the Kill switch feature.
