# Can funds be transferred using IMPS, NEFT, RTGS or cheque from bank accounts not linked to the Arrow account?

## Short answer

As per the SEBI mandate, funds can be transferred only from bank accounts linked to the Arrow account. Any funds transferred through IMPS, NEFT, RTGS, or cheque from an unlinked bank account are refunded to the source bank account within 24-48 hours. If the reversal does not occur within this timeframe, please create a ticket and attach a bank statement showing the transaction details.

Multiple bank accounts can be linked to a Arrow account, i.e., one primary bank account and two secondary bank accounts.

Did you know? An Overdraft (OD) bank account cannot be linked with Arrow.
