# What is the Client Master Report (CMR) and how do I get it?

> CMR is your demat client master from Arrow / CDSL — download it from Console for bank KYC and off-market transfers.

## Short answer

The **Client Master Report (CMR)** is the depository record of your demat account (BO ID, holder details, bank linkage). On **Arrow**, download it from Console after signing in at [app.arrow.trade](https://app.arrow.trade). Banks and other brokers often request CMR for transfers and KYC updates.

## Steps

1. Sign in to Arrow.
2. Open **Console → Profile / DP** (label may vary slightly by app version).
3. Select **Download CMR**.
4. Share the PDF only through secure channels.

## Notes
