## Online revocation

You can revoke your POA and DDPI by e-signing if you are an individual account holder whose Aadhaar is linked to a mobile number:

Print the Revocation of Power of Attorney-DDPI form (PDF).

Fill out the details and sign.

Scan the form and e-sign.

Create a ticket with the vertically aligned e-signed revocation form.

## Offline revocation

You must print the Revocation of Power of Attorney-DDPI form (PDF), fill out the details and courier it if you have a non-individual account, joint account, or if you are an individual account holder whose Aadhaar is not linked to a mobile number.

Courier it to the following address:

iRage Customer Support Centre 192A 4th Floor, Kalyani Vista, 3rd Main Road, JP Nagar 4th Phase, Bengaluru, 560076

You can refer to the Sample Revocation of Power of Attorney-DDPI form (PDF).

Your revocation process can take up to 5 working days from the date iRage receives your forms. After iRage revokes your POA/DDPI, you must use CDSL T-PIN to sell shares from your holdings.
