Short answer

Minors cannot directly buy shares and government securities in minor accounts. These securities must be transferred using iRage’s gift feature or CDSL Easiest. With Arrow access, minors can sell existing equity shares, buy mutual funds, and apply for IPOs, buybacks, and takeovers.
