The error is displayed in the following scenarios:

When your PAN is mapped to a resident individual account opening process: Your PAN must be unmapped from the resident individual account opening process. To unmap your PAN, create a ticket with your PAN, email and registered phone number. Your PAN will be unmapped after 48 hours, after which you can create an account by visiting nri.arrow.trade/login#signup.

When you already have a resident individual account: In such cases, clients are requested to convert their resident account to an NRI account.

When opening a minor account with incorrect PAN: If you are opening a minor account, ensure you enter the child’s PAN, not the parent’s PAN. The minor account must be registered under the minor’s PAN.
