Short answer
Resident Indians can open an Arrow demat and trading account online at kyc.arrow.trade (or in the Arrow app). You need PAN, Aadhaar linked to your mobile number, a bank account in your name, and a working camera for IPV. Account opening fees are Nil for the standard online individual flow; brokerage and demat charges follow the published tariff sheet.

Required documents
- PAN
- Aadhaar (mobile-linked for OTP / DigiLocker)
- Bank proof: personalised cancelled cheque, or bank statement / passbook showing account number, IFSC, and bank identifiers
- Income proof — only if you enable F&O (see notes)
Steps
- Start at kyc.arrow.trade or install the Arrow app.
- Verify mobile number with OTP.
- Verify email with OTP.
- Enter PAN and date of birth.
- Choose segments you need and accept the declarations.
- Complete Aadhaar / DigiLocker KYC.
- Enter personal details and link your bank (UPI or manual entry).
- Complete in-person verification (IPV) on camera.
- Capture or upload your signature.
- Upload bank or income proof if the flow requests it.
- Add a nominee (recommended) or skip and add later.
- E-sign the account opening forms with Aadhaar OTP / DigiLocker PIN.
Notes
- Your user ID may appear right after e-sign; live trading starts only after exchange / DP activation — typically within 48 working hours.
- Credentials are emailed to your registered address; trade at app.arrow.trade.
- F&O income proof examples: recent bank statement with adequate average balance, salary slip, ITR acknowledgement, Form 16, net-worth certificate, demat holdings statement, or FD receipt — thresholds follow the kit shown in KYC.
- Aadhaar name must match the name used for e-sign or Digio may reject the forms.
