Short answer
Account Maintenance Charge (AMC) is the fee to maintain your demat account with iRage Broking Services LLP (product: Arrow), as a CDSL Depository Participant.
Charges below follow the Charges for Depository Services schedule in the Arrow Account Opening Kit (Tariff Sheet).
Regular scheme — AMC (yearly)

Billing notes (from the tariff sheet)
- GST and other statutory charges apply as notified.
- Where AMC is applicable, the first year is charged on a pro-rata basis from the month of account opening till 31 March. Later years are charged annually from April.
- Other demat charges are billed monthly for transactions in that month.
- If the account is closed mid-year, AMC for the unrealised / balance quarter is refunded (where AMC was charged).
- Delayed payment charges of 24% p.a. may apply if demat billing is unpaid by the end of the next month; the account may be frozen until dues are cleared.
Basic Services Demat Account (BSDA)
If your demat account qualifies as a BSDA under SEBI rules (generally one demat account per PAN and holdings within limits), AMC and demat transaction charges are:

Secondary demat accounts
If you hold more than one demat account, BSDA benefits typically do not apply. Regular-scheme AMC and transaction charges apply to each account as per eligibility (individuals remain Nil AMC under the current regular scheme; non-individuals pay ₹500 yearly per account where applicable).
