Short answer

You can deactivate your Arrow Connect API by either unsubscribing from your plan or deleting your app entirely. Unsubscribing cancels your subscription while keeping your app configuration, whereas deleting removes your app and invalidates all API credentials permanently.

Unsubscribe from Arrow Connect API

To cancel your Arrow Connect subscription:

Navigate to My Apps.

Click on the app you want to cancel.

Click on Cancel.

This stops your subscription billing while preserving your app configuration for potential future reactivation. If you decide to resume using Arrow Connect API services, you can reactivate your cancelled app from the app sections.

Delete your Arrow Connect app

To permanently delete your app and all associated credentials:

Go to My Apps.

Select the app you created.

Click on Delete.

Enter I UNDERSTAND and click on OK.

When you delete your app:

Your API key, secret, and all access tokens become invalid immediately

All API and trading activity through that app stops working

You lose access to all app configurations and settings

To unlink your Arrow trading account from the API:

Open the billing page.

Click on Unlink.
