Short answer
Avoid using third-party apps to lock your device, as these may cause issues with Arrow app login. Use your device’s built-in security settings instead.
You must enable device lock on your mobile to use the Arrow app. As per regulations, you need an additional authentication factor beyond your password.
When you log into the Arrow app with your password and PIN, you will see an Enable now option. Click on Enable now to set up device lock. This is a one-time process.
Enable device lock on Android
To enable device lock on your Android device:
Tap on Settings.
Tap on Security & LockScreen.
Select from Screen lock, Fingerprint and Face unlock.
Select pattern, PIN or password if the fingerprint option is selected.
Tap on anyone, for example Fingerprint + PIN.
Enter the PIN and verify it by re-entering the PIN again.
Tap on Next.
Put your finger on the sensor and record the fingerprint.
Tap on Done.
