Short answer
You can use the Notes feature on Arrow to add specific reasons for tracking instruments in your marketwatch. This helps you remember why you added particular instruments when you review them later.
How to add notes to instruments
On Arrow app
Tap on the instrument.
Scroll up and tap on Add notes.
Type out the reason for adding the instrument.
Tap on Save.
On Arrow web
Click on ⋯
Click on Notes.
Type out the reason for adding the instrument.
Click on ✓
Your notes remain specific to each marketwatch. If you add the same instrument to different marketwatches, the notes will not appear in other marketwatches.
How to hide notes from your marketwatch
Click on Settings.
Unselect Show notes.
Things to keep in mind
You can save notes by pressing Ctrl + Enter and close them by clicking on ✖ or pressing Esc (escape key). Your changes will not save if you close notes without saving them.
When you remove an instrument from your marketwatch, Arrow deletes the associated notes. The notes will not reappear even if you add the instrument to the marketwatch again.
You can type up to 512 characters in Notes.
