Short answer

Yes, you can sell your pledged holdings including mutual funds without placing an unpledge request by placing a sell order on Arrow using CNC product type. Your collateral margin will be reduced to the extent of the shares sold. Your shares or mutual fund units will be sold directly upon placing a sell order if you have already submitted a DDPI or a POA. However, if you have not submitted the DDPI/POA, you must authorise the sell transaction using the CDSL T-PIN.

You cannot redeem mutual funds if your Arrow account is in a negative balance.
