According to the exchange circular

beginning August 15, 2024, brokers are prohibited from paying referral commissions to individuals not registered as an Authorised Person (AP). As a result, iRage will not be permitted to pay the 10% brokerage generated by referrals through the referral programme from August 25, 2024, until the exchange provides further clarification. However, 300 reward points will still be given for each successful referral.

Your referral may not be mapped for these reasons:

If a prospect has registered with Arrow by entering their contact details on the iRage website and later completes the account opening process using the referral link.

A referral is valid for 60 days. If the referral opens an account after this, the referral mapping will not be done.

Referral mapping will not be applicable for clients who close and reopen their accounts.

How to check your referral status

You can view your referral list and their account opening status:

Login to app.arrow.trade.

Click on the Client ID.

Click on Rewards & referrals.

Click on View Referrals.
