How to update your address online

Follow these steps to update your address registered with Arrow online:

Visit account.arrow.trade/account.

Click on Login and log in to Arrow.

Click on Complete Rekyc.

Select the segments you want to activate and click on Continue.

Update your contact details if required and click on Continue.

Update your profile details, including your annual income, and click on Continue.

Click on Update Address and then on Continue.

Click on Continue and enter your Aadhar number¹.

Enter captcha and click on Next.

Enter the OTP and click on Continue.

Enter your 6-digit security PIN and click on Continue.

Update your bank account if required and click on Continue.

Complete the FATCA declaration and click on Continue.

Upload income proof to trade in F&O (optional).

Complete the In-Person Verification (IPV) ² .

Click on Sign now and complete E-sign by entering your Aadhar 3 and OTP.

Enter the OTP and click on verify OTP.

Timeline and charges

Your address will be updated within 72 working hours of completing the above steps. You will be charged an account modification fee of ₹25 + 18% GST for updating your address.

Things to keep in mind

The name on your Aadhaar must match the name in your digital signature (e-sign). If they differ, iRage will reject your e-signed forms. If the name is different, you can update it while e-signing.

If you have a dormant account, you will continue to receive cash and stock dividends. However, to participate in buybacks, OFS, rights issues, etc., you must reactivate your account by verifying your KYC details first.

NRI and non-individual account holders must only send physical documents if the address needs to be updated. This should be done before completing the online reactivation process mentioned above.

1 If the address change is for a minor account, enter the minor’s Aadhaar number. 2 If the address change is for a minor account, only the guardian needs to be visible in the IPV. 3 If the address change is for a minor account, enter the guardian’s Aadhaar number to e-sign.
