If you have not traded for 24 consecutive months, the exchange marks your account as dormant and deactivates it. To reactivate your account, you need to verify your KYC (Know Your Customer) details.

If you do not reactivate your account within 30 days of it becoming dormant, iRage sends an inactivity alert to the nominee(s) on record. This alert keeps your nominees informed.
