Short answer

The Client Master Report (CMR) is the depository record of your demat account (BO ID, holder details, bank linkage). On Arrow, download it from Console after signing in at app.arrow.trade. Banks and other brokers often request CMR for transfers and KYC updates.

Steps

  1. Sign in to Arrow.
  2. Open Console → Profile / DP (label may vary slightly by app version).
  3. Select Download CMR.
  4. Share the PDF only through secure channels.

Notes

  • DP services are provided by iRage Broking Services LLP (CDSL participant; SEBI INZ000011262), product Arrow.
  • If download fails, email support@arrow.trade with your client ID.
