No, iRage does not call clients seeking personal, sensitive information or ask you to transfer money to a particular bank account.
You should never provide sensitive account information like password, app code, support code or personal details through an email or call, even if the person claims to be from iRage.
If your Arrow account information is compromised
If someone has compromised your Arrow account information, you should immediately change your account credentials and report by creating a ticket.
When iRage may call clients
iRage may call you in case of margin shortfalls for open F&O or intraday positions, if there are issues with account opening, margin calls or other compliance-related requirements. iRage makes calls only from iRage’s official numbers.
