Short answer

You can reactivate your voluntarily deactivated Arrow account online or offline by submitting a reactivation letter and required documents. This process applies only if you voluntarily deactivated your account. If your Arrow account has been dormant, you need to complete Re-KYC instead.

Online reactivation process

You can reactivate your account online if your mobile number is linked with your Aadhaar. Create a ticket and submit the e-signed reactivation letter (PDF).

Offline reactivation process

If online reactivation is not possible, follow these steps:

Print the reactivation letter (PDF) and fill in your details

Sign the completed form

Courier the signed form along with self-attested copies of your PAN card and address proof to the address below

iRage Customer Support Centre 192A 4th Floor, Kalyani Vista, 3rd Main Road, JP Nagar 4th Phase, Bengaluru, 560076

Acceptable address proof documents: Driving Licence, Voter’s ID, Passport, or a masked Aadhaar.

You can refer to the sample copy of the reactivation letter (PDF) for guidance.

Your account will be reactivated within 7 working days. Your client ID will remain the same, and you will receive a new password at your registered email address.

If your demat account was also closed

If your trading account was deactivated and your demat account was closed, you must fill out and submit the demat application (PDF) to the address mentioned above.

If your Arrow account is closed (not just deactivated), you need to complete the account opening process again.
